WildPlay - Saturday Jun 23nd

With the cancellation of last weekend’s Survival we will be having a final wrap up day this Saturday. We will be taking all Cadets interested to WildPlay Maple Ridge, this will be fully funded by Squadron Sponsoring Committee. We are booked in to WildPlay for 3PM however the Officers are hoping to make this a full day of activities. We are just awaiting confirmation on the booking of another venue. Once all has been confirmed a calling tree will be going out to all cadets to get their commitment for the day and an email will be sent out with the updated information. Any cadet that is interested in doing the WildPlay activity must have a waiver form signed by themselves and a Parent. We will have these forms on Thursday at the Pot Luck. Any Cadet without this form will not be allowed to participate.

BBQ/Potluck and fun night - Thurs. June 21st 

The Squadron Sponsoring Committee will be putting on a BBQ for all Cadets and their families. We will supply Burgers and Hot Dogs along with Cotton Candy (Thank you Richard and Sherry Britton) and are asking families to bring a dessert or side dish along with them. We are also asking if you could bring down some lawn chairs as we are in short supply of chairs in the squadron. We will be firing up the BBQ at around 6:30 or so.

Awards Night - Thur Jun 7

Where: Golden Ears Winter Club (upstairs in the Lounge)

Dinner will be served for the cadets that night.  Parents and Families are welcome to attend between 7:45 - 8:00 for the awards part of the evening. Hope to see you all there.

Sat June 2 – Pitt Meadows Day Parade

 

Drop Off: 116B Ave (the street Pitt Meadows Secondary School)   Link to the Map

When: 10AM Don't be late as the streets will be shut down 10:30 Sharp 

 

Our Parade # is 45. The Parade goes from 11:00-12:30.  The parade will end on McMynn Road (By Shoppers Drug Mart) and parents can pick up their cadets from that area. For the Cadets that are staying after to help with the Booth that will be taking place at Harris Road Park.  Cadets can be picked up from the park at approx. 5PM once the booth has been packed up and our area is clean.
