Here are the weekly announcements…

Range Practice

Level 1 & 2

Sunday May 19^th

11:30 to 4:30

ACR Practice - Thursday May 23^rd

Please arrive at the usual time dressed in civilian clothing.

Uniform Night – Friday May 24^th

Time: 6 to 8pm

Please bring the following items:

• Uniform on hanger
• Irons (especially irons)
• Ironing boards.
  Boots
• Kiwi polish
• Kiwi polishing cloth

Missing Brass Buckles

Five brass buckles are missing or unaccounted for from supply, possibly attached to white belts. If you have one please notify Supply Officer Vi Li.

Hello Cadet families!

These are this week's announcements:

1. 583 SQUADRON UNIFORM NIGHT & WORKSHOPS

ALL LEVELS - MANDATORY - ATTENDANCE WILL BE TAKEN
Tues. May 14, 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Wear civilian clothing ("civvies"). As part of your kit, you must bring:
- your boots
- regular black Kiwi polish (not Kiwi Parade Gloss) and Kiwi cloth. You'll find Kiwi products at London Drugs (aisle 2), Walmart or Shoppers Drug Mart.
- a sewing kit with black and/or navy blue thread, for badge placement
- your tie
- your uniform on a hanger
- iron and ironing board
- snacks
- your enthusiasm!

2.STATIC DISPLAYS Due May 16. Hard Copy.

3. RANGE Sunday, May 19. 11:30 am to 4:00 pm. Officer in charge: Lt. Greeley.

4. ACR (ANNUAL CEREMONIAL REVIEW) . Saturday, May 25. Only two weeks away! We need parent volunteers in order to make this event happen. Please sign up this week. Sign up sheet on glass notice board in the hallway.

5. VICTORIA TRIP. Saturday, June 15. Spend the entire day visiting 443 Squadron and BC Aviation museum. Lunch at Victoria Flying Club included in price. Approximate cost $40 pp. (The SSC is subsidising half of the cost, actual cost is $80 pp). More details to follow.
